The Sr. Director-Municipal Research Analyst job is considered a subject matter expert in credit research on municipal bond credit. The Analyst is fluent at analyzing credit quality of muni issuers such as state and local governments, not-for-profit organizations, and other types of muni issuers. Working independently, this job analyzes financial documents, conducts industry and competitive analysis, and prepares reports related to municipal bond credit. This job contributes to the overall success of Municipal Research team and stays current on industry trends to provide detailed credit analysis and sector views. The job also advises and mentors more junior analysts on municipal credit analysis.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Conducts and reviews fundamental credit research and relative value analysis on complex municipal issuers and develops written and oral reports articulating and supporting credit opinions. Research may include quantitative analysis, as well as cash flow and average life modeling.
Conducts and guides sector research and is up to date on sector trends impacting muni credit.
Conveys credit opinions to the portfolio management teams through written reports and presentations.
Leads and participates in team-wide projects and initiatives, including but not limited to data and technology focused projects.
Attends and may speak at industry conferences.
Conducts site visits as necessary.
Uses and incorporates new technology, data management, and analytical tools to complete municipal research initiatives.
Collaborates with management on improvements to research and development procedures and techniques, as well as best practices.

The Sr. Business Analyst is a member of a scrum team that is responsible for breaking features into stories after the Product Owners have broken the Epics down into features that technology teams can execute on. The Sr. BA will work on large and/or complex epics and also work closely with business on change management and product adoption plans, as well as assisting with testing. Mentors more junior business analysts and Associate Business Analysts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners to schedule and facilitate business requirements gathering sessions with business groups on large, complex and/or strategic epics, conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, etc., in order to document requirements, validate existing requirements and create new user stories. This also includes statutory requirements.

Understand and document supply chain processes and guiding principles. This will help identify process gaps, similarities and differences by program that may need to be standardized and identify potential areas to explore for initiative savings.
Serve as an inspector in forums such as the WPM and initiative meeting, asking critical questions about impacts to metrics and questioning “why something is as it is.”
Program Communication
Working with supply chain team and finance, coordinate flow of information and assimilate data necessary to prepare required weekly and monthly dashboarding and presentations that will be used in meetings.
Speak to portions of program performance and metrics in standard weekly and monthly forums such as the MBR.
Serve as a key business connection between supply chain, finance, and Program Management, communicating changes, trends, and forecast inputs to both groups to keep our financial projections and business cases as updated and aligned as possible.
Issue Management
In a complex and dynamic business such as ours, things break and exceptions arise. When alerted by leaders across supply chain of an event that requires research, this person will work with the supply chain team to identify what happened and what we may need to do to fix it.

Project Management

The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 - $133,245. Configure and customize Epic Cadence workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the Prelude application, focusing on patient registration, check-in, and eligibility verification. Analyze and optimize Prelude workflows to ensure accurate and streamlined patient information management. Manage the integration and functionality of the Welcome Patient Kiosk module within the Epic ecosystem. Work closely with end-users and patients to enhance the self-service capabilities of the Welcome Patient Kiosk. Provide day-to-day support for Epic Cadence, Resolute, and Welcome Patient Kiosk applications, addressing end-user issues and ensuring system stability. Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting the functionality of these modules. Must appear in office 2 days per week. WFH permissible 3 days per week.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in IT Management, or related field and four (4) years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Configuration, Development and Testing of Healthcare IT systems related role or job offered.
Conducting cross-functional requirements workshops and translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint.
Mapping and analyzing business workflows using Visio or Miro board to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements that drive operational outcomes
Designing and executing manual and automated test cases using tools like HPALM and Selenium WebDriver, ensuring functional, regression, and performance test coverage.
Tracking defects using Jira or similar tools, collaborating with developers for resolution, and validating fixes through retesting to maintain release quality.
Extracting and analyzing business data using SQL to support requirements gathering, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and validating the impact of proposed system changes. Developing and running SQL queries across relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) to identify trends, generate custom reports, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Translating findings from SQL-based data analysis into process improvement recommendations, contributing to measurable outcomes such as reduced cycle times or improved data quality.
Demonstrating knowledge of provider claims lifecycle, including claim submission, adjudication, denial management, and reimbursement processes, enabling effective collaboration with billing, clinical, and IT teams to optimize revenue cycle workflows and ensure compliance with payer requirements
Understand basic clinic operations, including patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes, to support workflow analysis and help identify opportunities for improving patient flow and administrative efficiency.
Understanding healthcare front-desk tasks, such as verifying patient information and insurance eligibility, which informs collaboration with clinical and IT teams during system implementations.
Understanding healthcare terminology and basic care delivery models, supporting collaboration with providers, staff, and technical teams in designing practical and compliant technology solutions.
Understanding member benefits and eligibility and claims processing in claim adjudication system such as MetaVance and its integration with clearing house systems such as Experian, DentalXChange.
Working with XML files for integration messaging, including creating, parsing, and validating XML data exchanged between healthcare systems to support interoperability and data consistency.
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.

The Treasury Services and Accounts Payable Analyst will process disbursement requests for all outgoing payments. Support the maintenance of vendor information and onboard new vendors while adhering to established controls using the global procure-to-pay system. This role will also process invoices through an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tool. In addition, the Treasury Services and Accounts payable analyst will record incoming receipts in the financial system (SAP).
Responsibilities
Collect required information for new vendor onboarding and provide bank verification for electronic payments.
Support change management for all vendors within the global procure to pay system.
Validate all incoming invoices through the OCR tool daily.
Process all incoming invoices through various global tools and systems.
Perform daily processing of cash receipts through SAP - Accounts Receivable and SAP systems.
Research and assign the proper tax type and jurisdiction of company expenses submitted for payment.
Reconcile disbursement activity with SAP and execute payment run activity daily. This includes the execution of check printing and verification of print quality. Confirm receipt of positive pay files submitted to various banks.
Performs payment adjustments and reviews the paid exceptions and payment clearance functions.
Responds to employee, vendor and client inquiries regarding payment requests or status.
Performs user acceptance testing of new system applications.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:
Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
Ability to analyze and report on transactions

The Company is open to considering candidates in Princeton, NJ. The salary range posted below applies to the Company's Princeton location.
The base salary range anticipated for this position is $50,000- $55,000plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
