Job Purpose
The Precision Technical Support Specialist for Construction Equipment is a team member within the Technical Support-Construction team. Team members have three primary roles:
* Provide expert technical advice to dealership service department personnel and Field Service team members,
* Provide input to improve reliability and serviceability of CNH Construction products, and
* Provide input to improve service information and technical training content based on experience with troubleshooting the product(s).
Key Responsibilities
Job duties include:
* Answering technical questions from CNH dealers or from CNH Field Service team members using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources, including Engineering.
* Structuring answers consistent with CNH objectives while being attentive to the cost and time of repairs to CNH, the dealership, and the customer.
* Striving to maximize customer uptime by providing the complete, correct response on first interaction.
* Documenting all technical questions and data into a contact management system for future reference by other Technical Support Specialists, Quality, and Engineering.
* Creating additional technical troubleshooting information in conjunction with Engineering and Technical Information.
* Maintaining relationships with Engineering, Quality, Technical Training, and Technical Support employees to provide regular feedback of current or emerging issues customers are experiencing with CNH construction equipment.
* Becoming a "product expert" on CNH-CE Precision, Digital, & Machine Control products.
Experience Required
* Associate's Degree and a minimum of one year of heavy equipment troubleshooting experience OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of three years of heavy equipment troubleshooting experience
* Technical experience relating to diagnostics of mobile mechanical, electrical (12 or 24 volt DC), Electric Propulsion, transmission, hydraulic, hydrostatic, engine, and/or exhaust aftertreatment systems.
* Experience working with Construction precision/machine control solutions
* Desire to support dealership and customer operations.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have:
* Experience with remote support.
* Experience with dealership service department activities.
* A working knowledge of construction products and applications.
* 3+ years direct experience installing or supporting Construction Machine Control solutions or brands: Leica, TopCon, Hemisphere, Trimble, or others.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $72,750.00 - $111,550.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Technical Support position is responsible for driving the commercial and technical success of the Construction Attachments business within the assigned region. The role ensures proper selection, installation, and performance optimization of attachments across all equipment applications. It combines technical expertise, product application knowledge, and commercial support to enhance sales effectiveness, dealer capability, and customer satisfaction. The position also acts as a key liaison between Regional Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Global Sales Technical Support teams.
This position is a hybrid role and requires the employee to be on-site at a CNH facility at least three (3) days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support
* Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance to regional sales teams, dealers, and customers.
* Support sales teams in the technical definition of offers, quotations, and tenders.
* Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Technical Application & Product Expertise
* Ensure correct machine configuration, with the support of Product Management when needed.
* Verify proper matching between machine and attachment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Assist with machine and attachment settings, ensuring best-in-class performance for specific job applications.
* Supervise or advise on attachment installation to meet technical standards and field requirements.
* Act as the regional expert on product application, performance, and compatibility across various machines and job types.
* Conduct and analyze productivity/job studies to provide value-based selling tools.
* Collect field feedback and share insights with Product Management and Engineering to drive continuous product improvement.
* Provide Product Portfolio support, including updates on new attachment models and applications and Support new product introductions
Training & Communication
* Develop and deliver technical and commercial training for internal teams, dealers, and customers, incorporating materials collected from the Attachments Engineering team.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to align training content with promotional materials.
* Keep technical documentation, training material, and competitive analysis up to date.
Experience Required
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
* Experience in Sales Technical Support, Application Engineering, or Product Support roles within the Construction Equipment or Heavy Machinery industry.
* Proven experience with attachments, hydraulics, and machine-attachment integration.
* Experience conducting field demos, product installations, and performance analyses.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong mechanical and technical aptitude related to construction equipment and attachments.
* Analytical ability to perform productivity calculations and job efficiency studies.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
* Hands-on approach with willingness to travel frequently (regional and international).

In support of the development of the CNHI Business System, the Site CBS Leader will:
* Support the Site Leadership Team in implementing and continually improving the CNH Business System (CBS) including:
* Implementation of an effect Daily Management System which includes:

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, repair, and service high pressure steam lines and hydraulic systems.
Work from diagrams, drawings, plans, specifications, and verbal or written directions and instructions from supervision to ascertain methods and procedure to be followed.
Layout lines from boiler room and generating plant to various points within the plant and building locations.
Check, disassemble, rebuild, and repair valves of various types.

Make installations, and obtain tight joints to prevent blockage, leaks, loss of pressure, or other unsatisfactory conditions.

Perform other related or similar duties as required.
Experience Required
Has served a bonafide apprenticeship and has a certificate which substantiates his claim of such service, or has eight (8) or more years of practical experience and can substantiate it with proper proof, or has a UAW journeyman's card, which shall be considered as presumptive proof of qualifications, or has a journeyman's card from any other union which has apprenticeship standards comparable to the UAW.
Equivalent knowledge and related or similar experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and service of high pressure steam and hydraulic systems; practices and principles in hydraulics, pipe and steam fitting methods and procedures; use and application of measuring and recording devices.

Job Purpose
Here we grow again! Due to an internal promotion, we are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced leader to join our team as Plant Manager in St. Nazianz, WI. Reporting to the Regional Manufacturing VP, the Plant Manager acts as the site leader for manufacturing operations, overseeing all functional and production activity. Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for all manufacturing functions and provide general direction required to plan, coordinate, administer, and control the efficient manufacturing of quality products at the plant.
* Lead operations to produce and ship completed equipment that meets the sales & marketing requirements in terms of quality, quantity and timeliness, with maximum profit contribution and optimum return on investment.
* Plan and implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the manufacturing operations group supports CNH Industrial strategic imperatives.
* Coordinate and maintain communication with the various Corporate functions and other plants.
* Manage the process of current product improvement by coordinating feedback and decisions on technical/technological modifications to the existing products assigned to the plant to improve the performance, quality, and or reduce costs.
* Assure timely and efficient introduction of new and improved products, to ensure manufacturing input to product
* Forecast and maintain operational and capital budgets to realize adequate return on investment and maintain budget controls through communication and corrective action to remedy variances.
* Coordinate and lead teams of multi-disciplined salaried and hourly personnel and develop efficient and effective management and organizational structures.
* Responsible for ensuring employees achieve their performance goals while fostering talent development to build strong succession pipelines.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a high paced heavy industrial environment including management and/or supervisory experience.
* Financial accumen and experience developing and managing plant budget, cost control, capital expenditure, ROI and margin improvement.
* Cost knoweldge including standard cost variance analysis (labor, material, overhead), scrap and rework reduction.
Preferred Qualifications
* Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and experience identifying and implementing process and procedure improvements in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

We are seeking a Corporate Affairs Attorney to join our Legal team at our Oak Brook, Illinois office. This is a critical role for an experienced legal professional with expertise in corporate governance, SEC reporting, and public company compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of corporate legal matters, supervising two paralegals, and working closely with executive leadership to ensure legal and regulatory excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Board Support
* Coordinating the agenda for board of directors, committee and shareholder meetings and ensuring meeting minutes are recorded, and applicable next steps are completed.
* Ensuring corporate legal documents are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Prepares and maintains official corporate notices, records, and actions of the board of directors and committees and ensures compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
* Monitor and develop procedures set in place by the board of directors/executive team regarding corporate governance, follow developments affecting corporate governance and make recommendations to the board on development of best practices.
* Manage board and committee operations, including meeting logistics, resolutions, minutes, and annual calendars.
Public Company Compliance
* Lead preparation and filing of SEC documents including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings.
* Oversee disclosure processes and advise on Reg FD, insider trading policies, and earnings releases.
* Coordinate with Finance, Investor Relations, and Communications on disclosure and compliance matters.
* Ensure compliance with applicable NYSE listing standards and SEC rules.
Entity & Corporate Management
* Oversee management of domestic and international subsidiaries, including annual filings and corporate records.
* Collaborate with outside counsel on global entity governance and regulatory requirements.
Transactional Support
* Provide legal support for M&A, financing, and other corporate transactions.
Team Leadership
* Manage and mentor two paralegals, ensuring high performance, development, and alignment with department goals.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Experience Required
* J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; licensed to practice law in Illinois or eligible for in-house counsel registration.
* 5-7 years of legal experience with an emphasis on public company corporate governance and securities law (Mix of top-tier law firm and in-house experience preferred).
* Expertise in SEC regulations, Exchange Act filings, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and NYSE rules.
* Proven experience advising senior leadership and boards of directors.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing legal professionals.
* Excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cross-border governance or multinational entity structures.
* Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and shareholder engagement.

Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Wautoma, WI. In this role, you will responsibly be maintaining production machines by performing a variety of maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, painting, tooling, fabrication, welding, and HVAC troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, which may include mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, pipe fitting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, arc and acetylene welding, steam boiler maintenance, tool die and fabrication equipment maintenance.
* Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and perform adjustments.
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
* Paint to maintain safety controls and general appearance of facility.
* Use a variety of hand and power tools, test and measuring devices, which may include precision multi-meter, micrometers, chart recorders, oscilloscopes, and electrical, mechanical, and electronic analysis and diagnostic equipment work.
* Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance and avoid unsightly, or hazardous conditions, consistent with specifications and local codes.
* Work from diagrams or blueprints.
* May cut and weld steel structural members, using flame cutting and welding equipment.
* Repair electronic equipment such as industrial controls, transmitters, antennas, and servomechanisms.
* Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment according to specifications
* Calibrate testing instruments
* Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
* Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required
* Proficiency or advanced skill level in maintaining production machines, equipment, and facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
* WCM/Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience is a plus
* Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Applications required
* Experience in a manufacturing environment including weld/fab/paint is a plus
* Demonstrated project management experience

* Ability to work under minimal supervision - extensive amount of independent thinking is required

Job Purpose
The Precision Farming Technical Training Developer oversees the full technical training product lifecycle for precision farming products aimed at dealer service technicians and internal staff. Responsibilities include working with a team to create and update training materials for technologies such as GPS/GNSS receivers, autoguidance, implement guidance, automation, ISOBUS, and data management, covering both new and current products. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess and meet training needs. The position is based in Ames, IA; Racine, WI; New Holland, PA; Sioux Falls, SD; or Saskatoon, SK.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire the proper training aids for all the facilities where training will be offered. Train Technical Training with new tools and processes
* Lead creation of training content (Web Based, Virtual, Instructor led, shop activity workbooks, etc). Lead annual and new product specific internal trainings (trainers/support/field); schedule it, present it, pull in resources, etc
* Review updates to Technical Information documents for functional data and schematics, and ensure manuals are accurate and complete prior to release.
* Take charge of developing Overviews and Dynamic Descriptions for inclusion in service manuals and technical training, working in collaboration with the Technical Information project manager. Additionally, oversee the production of dynamic electrical and hydraulic schematics or animations that aid Service Manuals and support training initiatives, with assistance from Technical Information and training developers.
* Assist Product Support/Technical Information on challenging cases, including field support as approved
* Participate in and conduct technical training classes, to continue development of product knowledge and delivery quality
* Collaborate with content developers across product lines to enhance development processes.
* Work at offsite locations to present localized training (approximately 20% of time)
Experience Required
* Bachelor's Degree with three years of relevant experience OR;
* Associate degree plus five years of relevant experience OR;
* High School Diploma/GED plus eight years of relevant experience, related to engineering, technology, automotive, agricultural/construction equipment, or equivalent
* Ability to travel up to 20%
* One or more years of customer support experience
* Two or more years of experience with precision farming products
* Excellent written and presentation skills as well as comprehensive computer skills
* Technical experience relating to diagnostics of mechanical, electrical (12- or 24-volt DC), and fluid power systems (hydraulic/pneumatic)
* Ability to articulate how technical systems work to others with varying levels of experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Multi-department experience (i.e. technical publications, product support, technical support, product management, etc.)
* Experience creating Technical Information for mobile equipment
* Knowledge or experience with Adult Learning Methodology and Distance Learning
* 2-4 years technical training experience in the automotive, agricultural, or construction industry, preferably on assigned product
* 2-4 years training development experience using various development tools (i.e. Storyline, Adobe, Power Point, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose
Duties: The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at CNH Industrial America LLC in Sturtevant, WI will be responsible for developing and defining concepts and manufacturing processes for and as an integral part of all new product and product enhancement programs, using advanced engineering techniques such as DFM/DFA (design for manufacturability and assembly) and FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis). Resolving technical problems and recommend production improvements. Salary: $104,915 - $129,375 p/yr.
Experience Required
Minimum Requirements: Requires a master's degree in industrial and systems engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or a closely related field and three years of experience as a manufacturing engineer or related occupation. In lieu of a master's degree plus three years of experience, employer will accept a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering or a closely related field and five years of experience as a manufacturing engineer or related occupation. Job Purpose
The Inside Sales Representative will support and promote the sales of CNH Parts & Service products within an assigned territory with the primary responsibility for making outbound sales calls. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a territory parts business plan that identifies and evaluates all new parts business growth opportunities.
* Assists dealers in establishing key customer relationships, expand market share and improve dealer profitability. Influence dealers to embrace product support retail growth to 100% absorption and grow dealer service sales.
* Support, promote and facilitate the sale of CNH Parts and Service offerings to a network of dealers by crafting a daily, monthly and annual call plans using data and market knowledge. Meet or exceed sale targets, metrics and goals.
* Capture market intelligence for corporate parts and service marketing development teams.
* Implement parts programs and follow-up as vital to ensure competitiveness.
* Provide input for corporate reports and forecasts for management reporting as necessary.
* Focus on activities and strategies that will result in revenue growth and make CNH the preferred supplier of parts for each dealership.
* Handle post-order incidents by working with the appropriate CNH departments, vendors and dealers, including the coordination of shipments.
* Responsible for maintaining acceptable inbound and outbound call volumes.
Experience Required
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience with at least three (3) years of sales experience preferably in an Inside Sales setting
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively with strong sense of urgency
* Knowledge of sales principles and practices

Job Purpose
The Industrial Logistics Intern will be responsible for supporting the logistics operations teams with analysis, data, and solutions to optimize material flows and system environments within CNH manufacturing facilities. Including support for KPI, identifying bottlenecks, modeling and analyzing routes, and supporting strategic decisions with data driven insights.
This internship role will support the team in these tasks with assisting in data reporting and preparation, as well as supporting in project work contributing to ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
* Regional plant data collection, system simplification, and dashboard creation
* Supporting logistics flow transformation projects
* Acting as a change agent by challenging existing processes and using data to support improvements
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams across both facilities to provide support for logistics operations
* Assisting with creating standards for processes and metrics
* Engaging in project management and task organization
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analystics, or a related field

Job Purpose
The Technical Support (TS) organization plays a vital role in North American CNH Industrial commercial operations. TS teams provide expert technical advice to dealership service technicians and CNH Industrial Field Service staff, help improve product reliability and serviceability, and maintain technical solutions in the ASIST knowledge database for dealer reference.
As an Agriculture Product Technical Support Specialist Intern, you will gain hands-on experience learning products, diagnosing issues, and supporting dealers and field service teams with technical expertise. You will also contribute to service information and solutions that improve customer satisfaction and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
* Learning agricultural products through service training and hands-on exposure
* Assisting in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical concerns on agricultural equipment using electronic test equipment and interpreting fault codes
* Supporting adjustments and settings for hydraulic, electrical, and application performance
* Contributing to adjustments for crop harvesting, planting, and precision applications
* Answering technical questions from CNH dealers or Field Service staff using available references and personal knowledge
* Creating additional technical troubleshooting documents for the ASIST self-help database
* Delivering information to Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to identify and address emerging product or application issues
* Supporting statistical analysis of service data to help identify emerging product trends

Job Purpose
The North America Logistics Controller is responsible for financial leadership, compliance, and performance management for all NA logistics activities. Reporting to the Global Logistics Controller, this role leads a regional team while partnering closely with Operations to ensure accurate financial execution, effective cost control, and compliance with tariffs and trade regulations. This position plays a critical role in aligning NA logistics finance with global strategy while managing significant financial risk. This position is based out of Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead NA logistics financial reporting, controls, and compliance.
* Own financial oversight of tariffs, duties, and trade-related costs.
* Manage and develop a team of logistics finance professionals.
* Partner with NA Operations and Global Logistics Finance leadership.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for the region.
* Drive process improvements aligned with global standards.
* Advise management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization.
* Analyze the organizations' revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.
* Conducts special studies and analyses such as determination of work-in-house, or subcontract and cost impact of proposed facilities or processes.
* Defines assumptions for the quantification and analysis of investments, acquisitions, or divestitures.
* Identifies and investigates issues related to assigned projects, determines scope, and selects approach from the accepted methodology or recommended alternatives.
* Performs economic/financial research and analyses as assigned for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results.
* Prepares statistical studies and economic forecasts of business conditions and trends and draws relevant conclusions.
* Provides guidelines for standard cost approaches used in business decisions and establishes and monitors cost reduction programs.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
* 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including people management.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong expertise in logistics, freight, tariffs, and trade compliance.
* Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
* Advanced ERP and TMS system knowledge.
