Job Purpose
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a C-suite leader, facilitating an array of operational and administrative tasks at a global and regional scale. Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose
The Head of Technical Accounting is responsible for providing expert counsel on complex accounting matters. This position is the central hub for technical accounting research, policy development, and implementation of new accounting standards under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, proactively managing the accounting implications of new transactions and leading all accounting workstreams for mergers and acquisitions. This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the subject matter expert for all technical accounting topics.
* Research, analyze, and document accounting positions for new and complex transactions, preparing formal accounting memos or "white papers" that provide clear guidance to the organization.
* Partner with business development, legal and finance teams to provide proactive accounting guidance on deal terms and new contracts, embedding financial considerations at the inception of a transaction.
* Work closely with external auditors to ensure timely closure of complex accounting matters and support the audit process with necessary documentation.
* Lead the full lifecycle of new accounting pronouncement adoption, from initial impact assessment to full implementation on a global scale.
* Continuously monitor new and emerging guidance from the FASB and IFRS, documenting potential impacts on financial statement, policies, and systems.
* Assist with the implementation of finance and accounting system changes required to comply with new standards.
* Develop and deliver training to finance and non-finance personnel across the company on new or existing accounting standards.
* Lead the entire accounting workstream for M&A transactions, from due diligence to post-closing integration.
* Participate in financial due diligence to assess recurring earnings, analyze key financial drivers, and critique balance sheet exposures, providing critical input for deal negotiations.
* Lead the preparation of the opening balance sheet, business combination accounting memos, and valuation reports, managing external advisors as needed.
* Collaborate with Policy and Procedures team to update finance policies to ensure they are current with evolving standards and reflect the proper accounting treatment for new transactions.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
* A minimum of 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and external reporting, with a strong focus on SEC filings.
* Significant experience with a public accounting firm (preferably a Big Four firm) is highly desired.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale reporting projects, including recent experience with sustainability or ESG disclosures.
Preferred Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and a strong working knowledge of IFRS.
* Proven ability to research, interpret, and apply complex accounting standards.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Transparency

Key Responsibilities
Duties: The Strategic Sourcing Specialist at CNH Industrial America LLC in Oak Brook, IL will collaborate internally and with suppliers for assigned commodities to achieve best cost, quality, and delivery available. Coordinate efforts in the reduction of purchasing/engineering costs and establishing cost for new products. Participate in design and/or technical reviews. Support the Marketing team to promote products and negotiate rebates. Visit suppliers and attend purchasing related events - internal & external. Monitor and evaluate short paid invoices to prevent credit holds and stop shipments. Travel required for supplier visits 10% of time and 2 days per month physically in the Racine aftermarket location. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Salary $92,789 - $121,250 p/yr.
Experience Required
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics or a directly related field plus six years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Purchasing Specialist, or related occupation. The six years of experience must include six years of experience with each of the following: 1) Negotiating with suppliers and purchasing parts for an original equipment manufacturer; 2) Analyzing reports to identify cost reduction opportunities; 3) Conducting market tests and forecasting economic savings performance; 4) Coordinating with global teams and supplier capacity management; 5) Negotiating price reductions and increases; 6) Negotiating, implementing, and managing long term supply agreements); 7) Facilitating supplier and engineering VA/VE (Value Analysis and Value Engineering) activities; and 8) Tracking, monitoring, and executing supply chain projects; 9.) Job Purpose
The Cost Optimization Specialist is a key role to drive and implement company margin improvement goals. Experience Required

* Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience related to product development.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications and electrical schematics/wire harness layouts.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to regional responsibilities, this position serves as the Global Cluster Leader for Engine Cooling/HVAC, managing global spend and strategy development in collaboration with regional teams. This position ensures cost competitiveness, quality, and supply continuity, while driving supplier innovation and supporting new product development initiatives in alignment with CNH requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
* Lead the development of sourcing strategies for the North American region in coordination with global and regional stakeholders to ensure regional strategies are aligned with global sourcing roadmaps, product roadmaps, and footprint decisions. Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, new developments, and manufacturing techniques for assigned commodities.
* Own the financial budget for the commodity cluster. Manage opportunities, risk, and raw material in the GPP action plan tool (CNH Purchasing tool). Monitor monthly progress and changes, ensuring accurate roll-up of results into commodity, regional, and global forecasts for both the Agriculture (AG) and Construction Equipment (CE) segments.
* Oversee the implementation of the Strategic Sourcing Program (SSP), ensuring alignment with the financial plan and timely execution.
* Ensure all sourcing activities comply with CNH policies and ethical standards.
* Support, direct, and guide commodity Buyers in negotiating contracts, pricing, SSP implementation and commercial terms with suppliers to secure supply and to deliver cost savings for the company.
* Cost & Risk Management
* Drive consistent year-over-year unit cost reductions in support of company strategic initiatives and competitively priced equipment in the marketplace.
* Lead the development and governance of cost-reduction strategies, leveraging tools such as benchmarking, supplier negotiations, platform alignment, VA/VE, market testing, resourcing, supplier rationalization, and make/buy analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Set direction to significantly and meaningfully eliminate, avoid, or mitigate tariff expenses for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 tariffed parts.
* In coordination with Procurement and Supplier Development, oversee the identification and mitigation of supply chain risks, including capacity constraints, geopolitical factors, and other potential disruptions.
* Supplier Management
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers for the North American region and align with the Global team to ensure unified strategic direction.
* In partnership with Procurement and Supplier Quality, set expectations for and review supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics.
* Effectively manage high-visibility suppliers, rapidly resolving issues and leading critical negotiations. Stay closely aligned to on-the-ground developments to brief and advise senior CNH leadership on executive-level topics, often on short notice.
* Leadership and People
* Be a servant-leader for the commodity cluster, advocating for the region, function and your team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists.
* Professionally lead, develop and coach sourcing specialists, providing clear expectations, feedback, and mentoring to support their growth and performance.
* Model and demonstrate an ownership mentality, consistently asking "what is best for CNH?" when making decisions with multiple stakeholders, recognizing the responsibility of allocating resources.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* 8+ years in procurement or commodity management, preferably in off-road or heavy equipment manufacturing.
* Strong Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Negotiation and contract management. Demonstrated experience in global sourcing, supplier development, and supply base management for mechanical components within a complex supply chain environment.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency with Excel, Microsoft software and data managing.
* Demonstrated experience representing and defending company interests with tough or strategic suppliers, using data-driven arguments and strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and secure competitive terms.

Job Purpose
Join our team as an Accounting Controls Manager, where you'll safeguard the integrity of CNH's global internal controls. Reporting to the Head of Accounting Policies and Procedures, you'll lead compliance efforts, enhance accounting processes, and ensure SOX requirements are met across a complex multinational landscape.
This high-impact role partners closely with Internal Audit, global accounting teams, and business leaders, requiring deep expertise in accounting, process improvement, and diverse inventory and revenue streams. You'll also collaborate with internal and external auditors to uphold CNH's global standards.
This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to internal control requirements.
* Provide training to employees on internal controls and SOX compliance.
* Partner with business leaders and process owners to update and implement internal controls, including updating maintaining risk and control matrices to address remediation priorities process enhancements.
* Collaborate with process owners to document key controls, compile evidence of control performance, and drive cross-functional accountability.
* Partner with Internal Audit to monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls, including identifying and remediating SOX compliance gaps.

Job Purpose
The Head of SEC & Compliance Reporting is responsible for the preparation, review, and filing of all external financial reports and compliance disclosures. This position has a distinct focus on timely and accurate regulatory reporting, including SEC filings and emerging Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in external reporting regulations and a proven ability to lead and coordinate complex compliance projects. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the entire process for preparing, reviewing, and filing all SEC-mandated reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K following US GAAP standards.
* Lead the process for preparing other reporting following IFRS standards.
* Manage the process for preparing, reviewing, and filing the quarterly earnings report working in alignment with Investor Relations and FP&A.
* Oversee the drafting of financial statements, footnotes, and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) to ensure accuracy and compliance with SEC regulations.
* Manage the external audit process as it relates to financial statement disclosures and SEC filings, acting as a primary point of contact for external auditors.
* Oversee and support the statutory reporting performed by all foreign legal entities, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
* Lead the financial reporting for new bond offerings and other capital market transactions.
* Partner with the head of sustainability reporting in the preparation of annual sustainability and ESG reports, ensuring compliance with evolving voluntary and mandatory reporting frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, SASB, and TCFD.
* Support the data collection, governance, and assurance processes for ESG metrics.
* Actively monitor and analyze new and proposed compliance regulations from global bodies (e.g., SEC and EU's CSRD) and provide a strategic summary to senior management.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting principles to ensure consistent and accurate disclosures.
* Collaborate with various internal departments, including Legal, Investor Relations, and Operations, to ensure all public disclosures are complete and accurate.
* Lead and mentor a team of reporting professionals, ensuring all deadlines are met and fostering a culture of high-quality work.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; a Master's degree is a plus.
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
* Minimum of 8 - 10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and external reporting, with a strong focus on SEC filings.
* Significant experience with a public accounting firm (preferably a Big Four firm) is highly desired.
* Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale reporting projects, including recent experience with sustainability or ESG disclosures.
Preferred Qualifications
* Expert knowledge of SEC rules and regulations.
* Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general familiarity with IFRS reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Duties: The Research Engineer at CNH Industrial America LLC in Oak Brook, IL will focus on research, development, and evaluating new technology, processes, or equipment for our computer vision algorithms for on-road and off-road autonomous driving vehicles and sensing features. Blend camera images, sensor data, and software interpreters to aid in driver and vehicle safety around a target autonomous vehicle platform, such as a tractor or construction vehicle. Formulate and test algorithms for terrain traversal and select sensors, mounts and mounting locations to support accurate measurements. Ensure software processing runs at or near real-time to maximize safety windows. Deploy core software solutions onto on-board autonomous vehicle platform (embedded system). This would include designing and writing software to calibrate sensors, create data pipelines to validate sensor performance, and test the algorithms against collected data for accuracy. Telecommuting permitted 1 day per week. Salary: $105,750 - $162,150/year
Experience Required
Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in robotics, mechanical engineering, computer science or a directly related field plus 3 years of experience as a research engineer or related occupation role. The 3 years of experience must include experience with each of the following: 1.) C++ and Python language 2.) Embedded Linux (Yocto, Bitbake); 3.) Embedded system development techniques; 4.) OS scripting; 5.) understanding of ARM processor systems; 6.) Robotic Operating System (ROS2) framework; 7.) OpenCV, GStreamer, FastDDS, and zero-copy transport; 8.) developing robust, modular software architectures.

Job Purpose

Job Purpose
The Accounting Systems and Process Manager is an internal controls expert within the accounting function, with primary responsibilities focused on IT systems controls and processes. The position provides guidance to accounting teams, business process owners and IT teams on internal control requirements and process improvement opportunities for both existing systems and new system implementations or enhancements. The position also oversees segregation of duties governance, supports global SAP transformations, and partners with audit, IT, and business stakeholders to safeguard accounting data integrity.
The position has interactions and dependencies with IT personnel, external consultants, global accounting and finance teams, business leads, and plant management.
This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure business processes, system configurations, and reporting align with approved financial policies, are audit-ready, and consistently applied.
* Identify opportunities and lead large-scale projects to enhance or automate processes, implement systems, and manage system enhancements.
* Provide leadership during system implementations, ensuring future-state processes and controls meet defined requirements; partner with stakeholders to design and embed effective controls in new business processes.
* Safeguard financial data integrity and compliance during cutovers, data migrations, and process transitions.
* Assess current and future business processes leveraging system functionality and automation; identify or define required controls.
* Lead the design and governance of SAP ECC and S/4HANA user profiles, ensuring role-based access and compliance with segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
* Conduct risk assessments and control evaluations across accounting processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
* Support external and internal audits by preparing documentation, facilitating meetings, and managing remediation plans.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to finance, IT, and operations leadership on system controls and compliance.
* Provide training and guidance to finance and business users on policy adherence, access management, and control awareness.
Experience Required
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
* 6-8 years directly related experience
* Public accounting experience (preferably with Big 4 accounting firm) preferred
* Experience working with or auditing IT systems (SAP preferred), automated controls and systems implementations
* Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley

We're looking for a forward-thinking Digital Product Manager to lead the integration and optimization of digital tools across our dealer network. This role is pivotal in advancing our Dealer Management System (DMS) strategy and accelerating the adoption of marketing technologies that enhance product visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities
* Define and support CNH's regional DMS and integration strategy to accelerate integration, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and the dealer network.
* Provide strategic guidance from a global governance perspective while supporting regional execution teams.
* Promote a DMS-centric approach where applicable, prioritizing integrations that enable data-driven processes and reduce system fragmentation.
* Monitor DMS coverage and dealer adoption using scorecards, KPIs, and structured feedback loops.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with selected DMS vendors and 3rd parties to ensure roadmap alignment and operational transparency.
* Define and execute the global product vision for the Digital Enterprise Platform (DEP), CNH's core tool for DMS connectivity.
* Collaborate with regional teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and dealers to ensure DEP alignment and adoption.
* Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the DEP digital product, from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
* Partner with IT and technology providers to ensure successful delivery of the DEP platform.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably within automotive, retail, or B2B environments.
* Proven track record of launching and scaling digital tools for marketing or sales enablement.
* Demonstrated strong understanding of dealer operations and heavy equipment product lifecycle, preference to individuals with knowledge of Agricultural product equipment lifecycle.
* Understanding of cloud technologies, API communication, restfull, integration framework, Data Lake and Databricks.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Purpose
The Accounting Policy Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Company's accounting policies and procedures and has a strong desire to improve processes and controls. Key Responsibilities
* Support in the creation and ongoing maintenance of the Company's accounting and financial reporting policies and procedures in accordance with U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and other authoritative guidance. Modify and update policies and procedures as required.
* Work closely with business units and corporate departments to ensure accounting policies are implemented and effective.
* Manage the quarterly accounting policy certification process.
* Maintain internal Finance Policy Sharepoint site where policies and guidance are published to all CNH employees.
* Manage the process for documenting and facilitating approvals for accounting policy deviations.
* Maintain the Company's delegation of authority policy and process, ensuring governance of OpEx and CapEx spending approvals.
* Manage the review process for updated accounting policies, including sharing drafts and coordinating comments.
* Manage the meeting agendas for the quarterly Finance Policy Committee meetings with Regional Finance leaders and CFO.
* Act as liaison between Accounting and Financial Reporting functions and business groups as it relates to accounting policy matters and questions.
* Support the Accounting and Financial Reporting functions in technical accounting research and accounting memo authorship on various business matters including the preparation of technical accounting positions and interpretation of accounting policies as needed.
* Collaborate with Financial Reporting in connection with accounting policies and related disclosures and footnotes as reported in the Company's financial statements and SEC filings; assist with external audits as needed.
* Contribute to the proactive monitoring and interpretation of new and proposed accounting standards, financial reporting and regulatory requirements to determine impact to the Company and aid in implementation efforts for relevant changes affecting the organization. Experience Required
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
* US Certified Public Accountant required
* 5-7 years directly related experience, public accounting experience (preferably with Big 4 accounting firm) preferred
* Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $105,750.00 - $155,100.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Job Purpose
The Network Development Manager- Succession Planning/M&A (Construction Equipment) North & South America is responsible for designing and executing a robust and scalable framework to guide CE dealers in North America through generational transitions, ownership changes, and structural consolidation. The role ensures that network evolution is aligned with CNH's Construction Equipment strategy and long-term regional objectives.
This is a hybrid position based in Oak Brook, IL (three days on-site, two days remote)
Key Responsibilities
* Succession Planning Framework for CE Dealers
Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning approach tailored to Construction Equipment dealerships of varying scale, complexity, and readiness. Build assessment methodologies that evaluate owner succession risk, leadership pipelines, operational maturity, and transition timelines. Ensure alignment with CE regional strategy and long-term network development goals.
* Dealer Consolidation & Network Optimization
Lead CE dealer consolidation initiatives to strengthen market coverage, customer support, and overall network performance. Create standardized transaction models for acquisitions, consolidations, expansions, and divestitures. Support M&A due diligence and manage transition processes, including integration planning and change management specific to the CE business.
* Investor Pipeline & Capital Attraction for CE Network Growth
Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential CE-focused investors (private equity firms, family offices, strategic buyers, regional consolidators). Develop capital deployment strategies to support dealership transitions, greenfield investments, and consolidation activities. Ensure investor alignment with CNH's Construction Equipment growth objectives.
* CNH Investment Oversight in the CE Network
Evaluate and prioritize CNH capital investments targeting CE network expansion or consolidation. Recommend strategic investments to reinforce dealer financial stability, territory optimization, and market penetration. Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and CE leadership to monitor ROI and performance outcomes.
* Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Serve as the central liaison between CE Regional Directors, CE dealers, investors, and senior leadership. Ensure transparent communication on network strategies, M&A activities, and policy updates. Drive alignment across regions and functions to execute CE network development priorities.
* Compliance, Governance & Reporting
Ensure all CE dealer transitions, M&A activities, and investment decisions comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. Develop and maintain standardized reporting to track succession planning status, network risks, M&A pipeline, and investment performance.
* Continuous Improvement & Market Intelligence
Monitor CE industry trends, consolidation patterns, valuation benchmarks, and competitor strategies. Continuously refine succession and consolidation frameworks to ensure CNH maintains a competitive, future-ready Construction Equipment network. Lead initiatives that drive operational excellence and innovation within the CE Network Development function.
Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in B2B dealer/distributor consolidation and M&A (preferably in heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or related sectors) in North America
* 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or similar capital markets roles
Preferred Qualifications
* Strong understanding of heavy machinery distribution, or industrial equipment networks
* Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and multi-stakeholder programs
* Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and due-diligence expertise within industrial contexts
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights
* Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt strategies based on market and organizational shifts
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
* Portuguese and/or Spanish as second language is preferred, given the relevance of key markets and investor groups in Latin America.
* MBA preferred.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $133,875.00 - $205,275.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Job Purpose
The Casting Purchasing team is responsible for managing supplier relationships and sourcing activities for key cast components used in CNH products. By working with suppliers on technical requirements, cost, and delivery, the team ensures reliable sourcing while supporting product development and manufacturing operations.
As an Associate Purchasing - Casting Intern, you will support commodity buyers in day-to-day operations and gain exposure to supplier management, technical requirements, and sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
* Assisting commodity buyers with supplier account management and daily workload
* Pulling engineering drawings, reviewing and understanding technical requirements, and preparing RFQ (request for quote) packages
* Maintaining a Power BI database with updated technical information
* Following up with suppliers and assisting in the organization of technical reviews
* Preparing and maintaining meeting records to support purchasing activities and supplier engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor's, or Post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
