QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Certifications: Current First Aid, Communicable Disease, Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention and CPR certifications or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Possess knowledge and understanding of the developmental stages of a child. Have a valid driver's license and capable of driving to multiple site locations. Have proficient computer skills. Be at least 18 years of age. Ability to maintain emotional control and composure in turbulent, challenging and changing conditions. The noise level is typically moderate to high.
