Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:
- Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience

What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales and profitability, fostering a customer-first selling culture and executing daily business priorities. Your Assistant Manager role will include leadership responsibilities in one or more of the following areas of the business: Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising.
