The Operations Manager at Local Asset Management plays a crucial role in supporting senior team members and contributing to the success of our growing real estate asset management company. Marketing & Investor Relations
Coordinate property marketing efforts, including before-and-after photo documentation, flyers, and offering memorandums.

Create and prepare materials for investor meetings, such as tour books.
Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate and current content.

10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Ensures the store environment is safe at all times for associates and customers; all policies and procedures are followed and enforced. Responsible for protecting company assets by ensuring all inventory and cash control procedures are being followed in store as they relate to shrink, damages, banking, etc. Analyzes and utilizes all available reporting, tools and technology.
