What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Operational Excellence Leader at our manufacturing site in Parsons, Kansas, plays a critical role in driving the Power Flame Inc Lean Systems throughout the organization. Job Description
Provides daily oversight of the grant-related services provided on the team including project implementation and evaluation in addition to supervisory duties.
