Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing. Skilled at building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, business, and technology partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create, interpret, and present data-driven reports and recommendations. Experience managing escalations and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Proficient in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership and large groups. Advanced proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to support data-driven decision making. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Experience working directly with executive leadership (Managing Directors, C-suite) on strategic initiatives.
