The Opportunity: You will support the quality management function of the marketing technology stack and related system integrations to enhance lead generation activities for the Private Client Group (PCG). It involves overseeing the quality of the technology/services that we produce, including developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will report directly to the Marketing Technology Team Leader and will support website testing efforts spanning performance, UX/UI automation, and data analysis. You will use a variety of tools, including Ghost Inspector, Puppeteer, TestComplete, or Selenium for automation and testing QA; PageSpeed Insights, Pingdom, mPulse, and Lighthouse for performance analysis QC; and Tealium and Google Analytics for analytics and tag management QA/QC.
The Day-to-Day:
* Oversee assigned complex tasks to completion
* Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
* Identifying potential process improvements, recommending solutions, helps develop and implement proposed solutions/tools to improve the efficiency of the department
* Coordinate and manage processes for routine inspection and quality tests within the QA program
* Identify and resolve workflow and production issues
* Support MarTech leadership in regular updates, reports on the QA program performance and tech stack for the broader Marketing Dept.
* Train and mentor junior employees on use and application of QA tools
* Additional responsibilities may include:
* Capture and document QA requirements for system enhancements or new technologies
* Investigate issues related to existing systems and technologies
* Ensure that standards and regulations are observed
* Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
* Coordinating/communicating across technical teams and partners
* Create QA training materials and operating manuals
Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* 3+ years of relevant experience in software testing or equivalent; website performance testing
* Experience with HTML/CSS/JS and chrome browser extensions: Omnibug, Tag Explorer or DataSlayer
* Developer tool and assertion testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or Chai will be beneficial in the success of this position
* Sitecore, Confluence and Ghost Inspector are preferred

Job Duties:
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the manual and automated design flow testing of a range of EDA Analysis/Simulation tools used within a High Speed PCB design flow. * Will be responsible for design, implementation, and execution of application specific functional/flow tests.
* Analyzing test results, defect tracking and metrics reporting.
* Will work closely with globally dispersed SW developers and will work with other QA team members to deliver on time quality releases through continuous improvement of the test and testing process.

Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering desired.
* Should have at least 4 years work experience in QA role in the EDA industry or related industry with a focus on flow testing between logical/physical PCB design tools and analysis tools.
* Should have a good working knowledge/programming experience with C++, shell scripts, Perl, Visual Basic, Java Script and Python.
* Working knowledge assumed for typical QA/Dev tools like defect tracking, memory checking, profilers, debuggers, source control.
* Working knowledge of Linux and Windows 10/11 required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and automated scripts to ensure software quality.
Performing functional, regression, performance, and security testing to identify bugs or defects.
Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and testing needs.
Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, ensuring clear communication of issues and their resolutions.
Conducting thorough reviews of product specifications and software design to identify potential areas of concern before testing.
Using test automation tools and frameworks to increase the efficiency of the testing process.
Ensuring the software meets customer and business requirements by validating the functionality and performance.
Assisting in continuously improving QA processes, tools, and best practices to enhance software testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and assisting clients with product validation.
Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 per annum
