What you'll do:
Conduct generative and evaluative research across product experiences with methodological rigor.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data analysts, and leaders to identify possible research goals and timelines.
Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate learnings and recommendations.

About you:
2-5 years industry experience where you conducted qualitative user research.

Experience with B2B, legal tech, practice management or SaaS products.

Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
