Position Summary
The Spring 2026 Oncology/Immunology Co-Op position at Arvinas will be on cell biology and biochemistry, investigating novel therapeutic options and modalities for oncology and inflammatory diseases as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of biologists, biochemists, biophysicists and chemists. This is a laboratory-based role focused around elucidating the mechanism of action of novel PROTACs, that would likely include assay development and exploration of target protein degradation, cellular assays and target validation in early discovery research. We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about cell biology and immunology and wants to contribute to exploring new modalities of targeting proteins for degradation in the oncology/immunology space.
This training opportunity allows the individual to learn the process of early drug discovery in a collaborative environment.
This position reports to a Senior Research Scientist, Biology, Oncology and will be located at our headquarters in New Haven, CT.
Principal Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Cell culture, functional cellular assays, and mechanistic studies including knockdown and overexpression methodologies, in vitro ubiquitination assays, and other molecular biology techniques (e.g. western blot, ELISA, MSD, flow cytometry, assays).
Establishing and developing assays for target validation and small molecule profiling

Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).

Position Summary
The Spring 2026 Platform Biology Co-Op position at Arvinas will focus on evaluating mechanisms of degradation for novel heterobifunctional degrader molecules. This position will involve cell biology and biochemical techniques, and potentially proteomics workflows. The candidate will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of biologists, biochemists, biophysicists, and chemists. This is a laboratory-based role that will work to understand mechanisms of action for novel PROTACs, ternary complex formation, and may involve aspects of proteomics and structural biology. We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual who is enthusiastic about novel therapeutic applications, such as degraders, and wants to contribute to exploring new modalities of targeting proteins for degradation across neuroscience, oncology and immune-oncology space.

Principal Responsibilities

Experience in cell culture is required.
Experience with immunoblotting and mass spectrometry-based proteomics is strongly desired, but not a pre-requisite.
Knowledge of ubiquitin-based proteasomal degradation is desired, but not a pre-requisite.
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
