At least 12 months of verifiable experience within the previous 5 years

Skyworks Technology & Manufacturing Group is looking for a Summer/Fall Co-op to automate the TO flow for a broad range of foundry technologies (CMOS, SOI, BiCMOS, BCD) for our growing portfolio. Candidate will assist in developing the tape-out flow to ensure MASK accuracy, optimizing the system for better execution and better managing the cross-functional collaboration with internal customer and external foundry partners.
Responsibilities
* Develop and optimize a technology featured based tape-out process that ensures process MASK accuracy
* Consolidate and create a DRC waiver master file for all Foundry technologies
* Create lessons learning document and proposing TO guidelines
Required Experience and Skills
* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Physics
* Basic knowledge in semiconductor technology, process integration and manufacturing
* Device knowledge in MOSFET, BJT and other semiconductor devices
* Good communication, collaboration skills, and strong capability to learn on the job
Desired Experience and Skills
* Lab experience with semiconductor devices

The typical pay range for an Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $26.00 - $47.50 per hour and for a Non-Engineering intern across the U.S. is currently USD $22.50 - $42.00 per hour.
