Understand the fundamentals and dangers of working with underground utilities Understands safety zones while working around equipment i.e. backhoes, bore rigs, air compressors, Vermeer directional drill equipment, etc. Solid communication skills and reasoning ability. Ability to read and interpret utility maps and utility records. Possess a fundamental understanding of the One Call System rules and regulations.
