Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) Strong technical skier background. Effective teaching skills working with children. USSA membership required. L100, L200+ certification preferred. Intro to level 100 required Experience and certification as an Alpine Official preferred. Strong knowledge of skiing technique. Proven effective coaching style. Act as a role model; motivating and positively influencing athletes. Display good judgment skills in making decisions. Communicate clearly using 2 way radios.
