All girls who sign up can learn to play the game and have fun too. Role Title: HoopGirls Basketball Coach & Program Coordinator Role Type:OJJDP Service Position Service Term: 8-9 month position (900 hours between Jan./Feb. 2026 and Sept. 30, 2026) Living Allowance: $13,500.00 Education Award: $3,000 (upon successful completion of service hours) Expected Hours Per Week: 30 hours per week on average Primary Location: Based in Capitol Hill; multiple practice/game sites across DC Key Responsibilities: Coach and coordinate winter basketball season, and develop spring/summer/fall programming with a focus on building skills year-round.
