You bring the training expertise, and we will ensure you are prepared to take our members through our VTL workout. Certification Requirement - To maintain employment in this role, all new team members must successfully complete the internal VTL Coach Certification (Small Group Training) within 45 days of hire. Comprehensive training and support will be provided; however, absent extenuating circumstances, passing the certification is a condition of continued employment. This role may lead live or virtual classes and work with all ages.
