MINISTERIAL DUTIES These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. TALENT ADVANCEMENT Ensure the recruiting, training, and developing of volunteers is strategically aligned with the goal of growing the ministry in the Club. Coach the team during games, making decisions that reflect FCA's core values and mission. Ensure equal respect, encouragement, and fair treatment for all athletes. COMMUNICATION & ADMINISTRATION Maintain open and consistent communication with athletes, parents, and FCA leadership regarding schedules, expectations, and team updates. Oversee team logistics, equipment, and facility use with excellence and accountability. Maintain necessary governing body qualifications and certifications required for coaching in the assigned league or program.
