MENTORING/DIRECT SERVICES/BEHAVIOR COACHING
Our Direct Services program is available for clients from early childhood to youth and teens, all through adulthood. We provide treatment focusing on individual goals, family support, health & wellness, life skills development, and emotion management. Direct Service BHTs are a big part of our client's treatment team, including therapists, caseworkers, probation officers, legal guardians, etc.
Individual or Group sessions are provided but not limited to the following: General Mental Health (GMH), Substance Abuse, Psycho-educational Topics, Anger Management, Emotion Regulation, Grief/Loss/Trauma, and Healthy Relationships.
We encourage the development of healthy relationships and personal growth through group and individual treatment programs. Our mentors and clinicians work closely with the client's treatment teams, families, and guardians to ensure they receive the most effective services.

JOB SUMMARY
Coaching is a part-time position and is responsible for the planning, promotion and administration of a quality football program. Coach will plan and promote athletic practices, schedule transportation, coordinate fundraisers when needed, and other team events. Coach will enforce all school, conference and Arizona Interscholastic Association rules and regulations. The primary focus of the season will be to improve the middle school football program and to create a strong foundation of skills and leadership for participants. Coach will stress Pursuing Victory with Honor principles during practices and games.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be available to be at practices and games.
Use Effective teaching and coaching methods to include demonstrations, knowledge of rules and concepts.
Must have the ability to accept and carryout assigned program.
Must communicate effectively with people from varied social, educational and economic backgrounds.
Must be able to work without constant supervision, make decisions and have good judgment.
Must have a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
Be mature, dependable and have a willingness to help others and serve as a positive role model for students.
Must model and reinforce Pursuing with Honor's “Six Pillars of Character”.
Responsible for ensuring eligibility policy is followed.
Responsible for care and inventory of equipment uniforms.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Valid Arizona teacher certification, Substitute Certificate, or Arizona coaching certification or Level I Certification issued by National Federation of High School Associations.
Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Obtain and maintain First Aide/CPR Certification.
Coaching experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Previous successful coaching experience in the assigned sport.
