Qualifications and Experience: • Adaptable to an evolving, demanding, and flexible work schedule and environment. • Player level is recommended to be at the demonstration and/or comprehension level of 4.5 NTRP and above. College-level playing ability certainly a plus. • USTA Safe Play AND USPTA or PTR certification is required (or acquired within 6 months of employment). • 3 or more years of tennis coaching experience in a high revenue racquets facility. NOTE that we also welcome new and developing coaches who possess the right outlook and attitude to personal growth and care. • Coaching experience including adults, teams, and junior development. Working Conditions: • Must be able to lift >25lbs; carry tennis equipment as needed • Ability to move around the tennis court as needed, to perform required coaching movements • Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 8+hrs • The Tennis Coach position is or can become a full-time opportunity and does not offer a remote work possibility. • While a 7-day work week is not expected, the Tennis Coach understands that the position will require coverage and work on holidays and days off from time to time.
