Qualifications: Possesses or is eligible for a Connecticut Coaching Permit issued through the CT State Department of Education. Current First Aid and CPR or eligibility to earn certification. Reports to: AHS Athletic Coordinator and AHS Principal Evaluator: AHS Athletic Coordinator and AHS Principal Compensation: In accordance with the Agreement between the Avon Board of Education and Avon Educators Association (AEA) Work Year: Annual appointment. Season as defined by schedule set forth by the AHS Athletic Coordinator in accordance with CIAC season limitation and policies. Performance Responsibilities: Coaches individual participants in the skills necessary for achievement in the sport involved under the guidance and direction of the Head Coach/Varsity Coach..
