The S&C Rehab Coach will also support organizational initiatives, contribute to research and process improvement. This position plays a critical role in driving high performance, athlete availability, and long-term player development within the Washington Nationals' system. Primary Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of individualized rehab strength and conditioning programs for all injured or returning-to-play athletes. Progress athletes through return-to-play phases in collaboration with the medical staff. The Seasonal S&C Coach will assist the affiliate S&C Coach and work closely with the Athletic Training Staff and Player Development departments to help implement the Nationals' performance model on a daily basis.
