Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Assist with the design, implementation, and supervision of sport-specific strength and conditioning programs appropriate to each varsity sport's physiological demands and competitive schedule. * Provide direct instruction and supervision of student-athletes during strength and conditioning activities. * Support daily operations of the strength and conditioning facilities, including scheduling, supervision, and equipment oversight. * Ensure compliance with NCAA, GLVC, University, and departmental rules, policies, and best practices. * Promote the academic success, health, and welfare of student-athletes. * Perform other related duties as assigned to support the goals of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics during the transition.
