About the Role
As a Wellness Coach- Shift Captain, you'll play a key role in guiding and supporting clients on their wellness journeys, as well as leading the team of wellness coaches during your shift. Whether it's through personalized coaching, motivation, or sharing your knowledge, you'll be helping others rise to their full potential. What You'll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-Directing and leading Wellness Coaches to ensure they are on task.
-Designing and delivering personalized wellness plans tailored to individual client needs.
- ️ Providing one-on-one coaching sessions to motivate and guide clients toward their goals.
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments to ensure clients stay on track.
- Sharing expert advice on nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being.
- Building strong, supportive relationships with clients to foster trust and accountability.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
-Experience leading or managing a team.
- 1 year of experience in wellness coaching, fitness training, medical, esthetics, or a related field.
- A passion for health and wellness with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and inspire them.
- The ability to create tailored plans and adapt strategies based on individual needs.
- A positive, encouraging attitude that motivates others to succeed.
- Kaasen Fat Freezing, Cool Sculpting, or related experience a plus.
