We have sessions running Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM, with some Park Programs launching in the evenings and Saturday mornings. There is some flexibility in scheduling; meaning that if there are some morning or afternoons where you aren't available, we can work around that. However, once your schedule is set with us, it won't change. You'll be at the same locations at the same times each week, and we need you to be committed for the entire season.
We are currently hiring for our upcoming season. Each instructor starts out at $15/session, with opportunity to increase. The more availability you have, the more sessions you can run, the more money you can make.
The ideal instructor MUST meet the following criteria:
Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured.
Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2 - 9 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best 30-40 minutes of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children.
Soccer: Soccer experience is preferred, however, if you are great with children and have some familiarity with the game, that would work.
Working with children: Must be able to engage and interact with 2-9 year olds, and have experience doing so. This is very important.

The Vicksburg Warren School District is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to serve as Head Coach for Girls' Flag Football. This individual will be responsible for developing and overseeing all aspects of the girls' flag football program, including leadership, instruction, player developement, academic support, and community engagement. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Assistant Coaches and students of particular program
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, coordinate, and supervise all prractice sessions, team meetings, games, and related events in accordance with MHSAA regulations.
Promote the program among sudents and community stakeholders, encouraging participation and support.
Plan and implement effective coaching strategies to develop player skills, discipline, teamwork, and competitive success.
Ensure compliance with school, district, and MHSAA guidelines related to eligibility, safety, and conduct.
Collaborate with administrators, faculty, amd si[[prt staff tp ,pmotpr stidemt-athletes' academic progress and behavior.
Maintain accurateteam rosters, elegibility documentation, and inventory of uniforms and equipment.
Foster a postive culture that supports student-athletes' growth both on and off the field.
Provide leadership to assistant coaches and establish a shared vision for program success.
Coordinate fundraising activities, team events, and community service initiatives.
Serve as a role model for students and represent the district with professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
Current Mississippi teaching license.
Previous coaching experience, preferably in football or a related team sport.
Knowledge of the game of flag football, including rules, strategies, and player safety.
CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications (or ablity to obtain prior to the season).
