Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Quality Workplace Coach to join the 737 Quality Workplace Coaches team located in Seattle, WA.
We are looking for outgoing and knowledgeable Quality Workplace Coaches who are passionate about coaching, motivating, and inspiring others, at the Seattle Delivery Center. In this role, you will support quality inspectors and oversee Structured On-The-Job activities. The ideal candidates will be Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in various inspection methods and quality processes, with current hands-on experience and up-to-date proficiency in Non-Conformance Record (NCR) writing. Position Responsibilities:
Coaches Quality inspectors on best practices in inspection techniques and performance improvement, utilizing expertise in quality manufacturing and assembly across various areas such as Structures, Seal, Flightline processes, Functional Test, Wings, Interiors, Electrical, WIRS, NCR Tag Writing, Hydraulics, Engines, Paint, Systems, Final Assembly, Plumbing and PDD (including but not limited to REDARS, PSDS, ONEPPM, D Documents Navigation), to enhance coaching, performance improvement, and problem solving in support of the Boeing Production System
Analyzes and interprets performance and quality data (e.g. CMES, WebArt, CORRS, PAS, EPES, TMC) to identify improvement opportunities
Analyzes processes and supports problem solving, develops, communicates and documents innovative solutions in support of area quality goals
Assists Quality managers and team leads with Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) plans and provides program/job specific advanced skills coaching
Offers Subject Matter Expertise for specific Quality skills through Workplace Coaching
Provides coaching, positive modeling, and observation opportunities to help team members excel
Encourages questions to ensure understanding and gives timely feedback on performance
Reinforces efforts and progress while clarifying expected behaviors, knowledge, and proficiency levels
Fosters good interpersonal relationships through helping team members feel valued, appreciated and included in discussions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
5+ years of experience in aircraft manufacturing working with assembly processes and procedures
3+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Quality inspection experience in three or more of these areas: Quality inspection in Structures, Seal, Flightline processes, Functional Test, Wings, Interiors, Electrical, WIRS, NCR Tag Writing, Hydraulics, Engines, Paint, Systems, Final Assembly, Plumbing and PDD (including but not limited to REDARS, PSDS, ONEPPM, D Documents Navigation), to enhance coaching, performance improvement, and problem solving in support of the Boeing Production System

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of golf industry experience or graduation from a PGM program.

Proficient with video analysis and comfortable with golf technology tools.
Excellent communication skills - able to connect with golfers of all skill levels and explain complex concepts clearly.

COACH RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet students as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) individually prior to and at beginning of class

The Role
We're looking for a Golf Coach who is passionate about helping others improve their game while delivering an exceptional experience. This position reports directly to the General Manager of Performance and plays a key role in developing lasting relationships with our members and guests.
As a Five Iron Coach, you'll balance high-quality instruction with engagement time, working closely with our Social and Performance Teams to introduce golfers to lessons, fittings, and memberships. As you grow your client base and achieve performance goals, you'll transition into a full-time instruction role, supported by our Coach Development Program.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver best-in-class golf instruction through individual and group lessons for players of all skill levels.
* Utilize TrackMan and other Five Iron technologies to provide data-driven, personalized coaching and custom club fittings in partnership with Callaway Tour Fitting.
* Actively engage guests during Golf Experience Engagement Time - promoting lessons, swing evaluations, fittings, and memberships.
* Build and retain a loyal client base by creating welcoming, memorable, and performance-driven experiences.
* Represent Five Iron Golf at corporate events, delivering fun, high-energy instructional sessions.
* Maintain a consistent lesson schedule that meets productivity goals and performance expectations.
* Leverage social media to promote your coaching services and the Five Iron brand.
* Conduct junior clinics and support community outreach programs to grow the game.
* Follow up with students to convert swing evaluations into ongoing lessons and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Serve as an on-floor Performance Expert, engaging with members to elevate their overall golf experience.
* Participate in ongoing education and certification programs to continually sharpen your coaching skills.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of golf industry experience or graduation from a PGM program.
* Proven one-on-one and group coaching experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of swing mechanics, ball flight laws, and launch monitor data.
* Proficient with video analysis and comfortable with golf technology tools.
* Excellent communication skills - able to connect with golfers of all skill levels and explain complex concepts clearly.
* Energetic and engaging personality with the ability to facilitate fun, group-based learning experiences.
* Driven to learn, grow, and help students achieve measurable improvement.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* PGA or LPGA affiliation and/or PGM program graduation are strong pluses.
* Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

Under general supervision, leads one of the two Middle School girls' basketball teams. The season begins on December 8th and concludes February 13th. Practices held 2-3 times per week on a rotating schedule. Games will be held throughout the week M-F.
Specific Responsibilities:
Discusses game strategy and technique with Varsity coaching staff
Conducts player evaluations during tryouts and mid-season review
Manages player development based on program core competencies
Works with Athletic Dir. and Middle School coaching staff to create practice plans that are skill appropriate

Is responsible for the health and safety of the athletes
In cooperation with Varsity Head Coach, articulates a well-defined and understandable coaching philosophy
