Enforce penalties and administer disciplinary actions as necessary, while remaining calm and composed under pressure. Collaborate with game management staff to address any logistical or administrative issues that may arise during games. Qualifications: Previous experience officiating ultimate frisbee or other sports at a competitive level is strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of UFA rules and officiating mechanics, or a willingness to undergo training and certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain composed and impartial in high-pressure situations. Strong decision-making abilities and the confidence to enforce rules consistently and fairly. Physical fitness and agility to keep pace with the game and maintain optimal positioning on the field. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during the UFA season.
