What You'll Do: The Student Achievement Coach is responsible for improving student outcomes through proactively contacting and providing academic support resources to a designated caseload of students. Their purpose is to positively impact academic achievement and retention goals for the BSN Program in alignment with College student affairs. Essential responsibilities: Student engagement and support. Assist students, including those with academic challenges, to ensure coordinated access to academic support and community resources. Provide prompt and friendly service to students, arrive on time, and maintain consistent attendance. Partner with the College student affairs department to coordinate campus compliance with Title IX regulations, including accurately recording, and tracking all reports and investigations related to Title IX complaints. Campus community development and activities Plan, organize, and execute campus activities to develop campus community. Promote and celebrate activities in a variety of communication channels.
