* Support recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding of students
* Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to develop promotional materials, onboarding documents, and social media campaigns
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, department meetings, and trainings
* Promote awareness of mental health issues and barriers that traditionally underserved students and communities experience
* Adhere to and champion all ethical standards outlined by the National Organization for Human Services
* Assist the EMERGE office with duties as assigned
Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a college-related setting supporting student development and success
* Strong data management (i.e., student rosters, program engagement levels, etc.) skills
* Excellent oral and written communication abilities
* Ability to work occasional evenings and overnight travel for program events
* Proficiency with social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Creative, organized, and motivated individual passionate about student development
* Adaptable and able to work with various constituents including college faculty, community stakeholders, etc.
