Required Credentials:

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education

Certifications

OR
CSCCa Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR/AED) certification.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Strength and Conditioning Coach experience.
Experience requirement may be waived for:
Veterans or military spouses, or
Individuals with at least 3 months of internship or Graduate Assistant experience with:
The H2F (Holistic Health and Fitness) program,
Other U.S. military service strength programs, or
Collegiate or professional sports teams.

Maintain professionalism and positive communication with youth and families
Support Head Coach with setup, cleanup, and session flow
Required Qualifications
Passion for working with youth in a climbing environment
Prior climbing experience (gym or outdoor)
Ability to actively supervise multiple youth at once
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete SafeSport training and background screening
Availability for evenings and Saturdays
Must be HiClimb top rope certified
Preferred Qualifications
Prior youth coaching, teaching, or camp counseling experience
Top-rope belay certification (lead certified a plus)
First Aid / CPR / AED certification
Interest in long-term coaching development
HiClimb lead belay certified
