What you'll do
Lead group classes (boxing, kickboxing, HIIT, technical conditioning) that are safe, challenging, and fun
Run Smart Starts / movement checks and support members before/after class
Build and maintain your training client base and support EP promotions/special events
Keep class records, schedules, and studio tidy - replace equipment and report issues
Track hours and follow payroll/substitution procedures; attend mandatory meetings and trainings
Represent the club with professionalism and respond to member needs promptly
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 Year instructing groups of 6+ (varied levels)
CPR/AED certification (required)
Combat background preferred - 5+ amateur fights or equivalent experience a plus
Martial arts ranking (purple belt) or similar skill preferred
Friendly coach with great communication, sales instincts, and a strong work ethic

Day to Day
* Provide professional golf instruction to members/guests, adhering to Invited and PGA standards.

* Deliver efficient, friendly service in the pro-shop, including checking in golfers, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling while meeting operational standards.
* Manage the tee sheet, handle walk-up requests, organize pairings, and collect fees for guests, carts, and services.
* Oversee a personal care group of golfers, focusing on retention, activation, and increasing participation, and building relationships by playing golf with the group.

* Design and implement coaching programs for juniors, new golfers, and clinics that encourage social practice and participation.

Job Responsibilities
Enforce the rules of the game. Enforce program rules/policies by maintain constant surveillance of program participants
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first game scheduled
Complete score sheets at score table. Write in final score, circle winning team, initial games officiated
