Under the direction of the Economic Empowerment Program Manager, the Economic Empowerment Coach will provide direct services to low/moderate-income individuals seeking employment and financial counseling services. Primary responsibilities include job development, job placement and assisting clients in developing plans of action that are intended to help the client reach their goals and achieve financial stability. The Economic Empowerment Coach will cultivate relationships with employers and with employment-related community resources, including private employment agencies and the Georgia Department of Labor, private and public agencies, and financial institutions as a means of developing resources to best serve clients.
