    The Role As a Science Content Coach, you will serve as the primary instructional resource for our Graduation Candidates (GCs), delivering competency-based content, supporting personalized learning, and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success. Assist with application and enrollment steps for prospective students, including planning and implementing student/parent information nights, Accuplacer testing, orientation and course registration. Provide pre-semester check-ins to prepare students for the start of fall classes and program participation. Meet with students one-on-one and/or in groups to discuss academic progress, offer direction on study skills, time management and general college readiness. Work with the college and high school to identify and facilitate student access to resources and strategies that promote student success. Report students uploaded grades from Canvas to the Coordinator of Dual Enrollment and high school affiliates. Be responsible for understanding and enforcing program policies and procedures. Actively participate in all Jump Start Cohort Coach meetings and trainings. Communicate regularly with high school counselors and staff as appropriate about concerns, school policies, daily schedules, facility use, and access to internet and information. Communicate regularly with instructors to share relevant information. Complete other duties as assigned by the Coordinator of Dual Enrollment.
