Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of golf industry experience or graduation from a PGM program. * Proven one-on-one and group coaching experience preferred. * Strong understanding of swing mechanics, ball flight laws, and launch monitor data. * Proficient with video analysis and comfortable with golf technology tools. * Excellent communication skills - able to connect with golfers of all skill levels and explain complex concepts clearly. * Energetic and engaging personality with the ability to facilitate fun, group-based learning experiences. * Driven to learn, grow, and help students achieve measurable improvement. * Bachelor's degree preferred. * PGA or LPGA affiliation and/or PGM program graduation are strong pluses. * Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
