About the Company CCPHP is seeking a full-time and highly skilled Exercise Physiologist / Performance & Wellness Health Coach to deliver data-driven performance testing and individualized coaching services to members of our concierge medicine organization. This position will begin as part-time and transition within three months to a full-time position. This role is New York City-based and requires travel throughout the United States to support on-site performance training, testing, assessments, and physician engagement, in addition to remote coaching conducted via a HIPAA-compliant audio and video platform.
