    As an Adoption Coach, you are responsible for providing at-the-elbow support (ATE) to clients during Oracle Health product implementations. You will provide onsite one-on-one or rounding end user support to medical professionals, assisting with new product functionality and navigation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution during client implementations. Your primary focus will be to increase new product adoption and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. An Adoption Coach possesses excellent communication and decision-making skills, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity. Adoption Coaches must have the ability to work comfortably with technology, possess strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing, client-facing environment. In addition, you will maintain a broad understanding of many Oracle Health product solutions by learning system functionality, workflow best practices and evaluating the best way to engage with each client. This role requires weekly travel and fluid work schedules, inclusive of weekends and occasional night shifts, to support our clients during their critical implementation period. Provides de-escalation and therapeutic supports as needed with clients. Notifies and collaborates with Clinical Supervisor in case of crises and emergencies. Completes clinical documentation in compliance with program expectations; demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills to generate and support program documentation expectations and standards. Attends and participates in clinical supervision and team case consultation meetings in accordance with program expectations. Completes education and training experiences in accordance with program expectations. Ensures minimum hours of direct services as assigned. Maintains compliance with all agency, state, and regulatory standards and remain compliant with all HIPAA regulations. Assists in implementing responses to youth behavior and other skills deficits according to the developed treatment plan. Required Education and Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED Bachelor's Degree in a degree in behavioral science field, Social Work, or Psychology Must have completed 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience delivering clinical services to treat mental health and emotional disturbances with a trauma focus Some experience working with at-risk youth and families Ability to pass all necessary background screening requirements per DHS rules and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry skills required Educated on and compliant with HIPAA regulations Valid driver's license required Must meet state regulating agency and Nexus Home Office driving requirements Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or above in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university Knowledge of family-based philosophy and practice Experience in related community-based work, working with families, youth, and trauma exposed children and adolescents Other Duties: The essential functions, tasks and responsibilities of this position may change from time to time.
