Job Description Mount Mercy University is seeking a passionate and dedicated Seasonal Part-Time Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. This position will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of managing a competitive NAIA women's lacrosse program, including practice planning, game-day preparation, recruitment, and student-athlete development. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting practices, skill sessions, and team meetings. Support game-day coaching and in-game decision-making. Help identify, recruit, and retain prospective student-athletes who fit the university's academic and athletic profile.
