The Intramural Referee is responsible for officiating and supervising intramural sports contests on campus. This student worker role ensures games are conducted safely, fairly, and according to established rules. Under the direction of the Athletic Director, the Assistant Coach supports the development and success of student-athletes by assisting in the planning and execution of team practices, recruitment, game preparation, and student engagement. This position is part of the Associate Faculty and contributes to the educational mission of the college through mentorship, leadership, and support of student-athletes. Athletics Temporary Assignment California Oceanside, Cardiff, and/or Carlsbad The college is accepting applications to build a pool of instructors for possible future part-time assignments at all locations. The department chairperson or designee will review applications only if vacancies become available. Instructors may be assigned to any campus or authorized facility. Assignments may include days, evenings, or weekends. Applications are valid through June 30, 2026, at which time they will expire.
