Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clients' progress, goals, and services provided, in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Evaluate and modify training plans as needed to ensure that clients are making progress and achieving their goals. Advocate for the rights and needs of clients with disabilities, and provide information and resources to help clients and their families navigate the service system. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in life skills training and disability services.
