The primary functions of this position support the development of student-athletes on and off the court and the creation of strategies to enhance the Women's Basketball program brand. The position will support the Women's Basketball coaching staff in a variety of different areas of responsibility including sport activities, video analysis, practice preparation, community outreach programming, academic progress, NCAA permissible recruiting duties and administrative functions. Serve as liaison between coaching staff and student-athletes while providing individual mentorship for women's student-athlete. This individual will work under the guidance of the Head Coach, Women's Basketball. The person who fills this position will travel with Women's Basketball team on away contests as part of their job responsibilities. Essential Functions Serve as mentor for student-athletes to help facilitate their personal growth. Support the women's basketball student-athletes in their transitions to/from Drexel. Coordinate the filming and edit practices/games; manage video equipment and digital storage. Manage team electronic playbook including diagrams and video content. The Head Coach is responsible for the administration and organization of a successful athletic program that competes in the Centennial Conference at the NCAA Division III level.
