Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Athletic Trainer to support our practice onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The Athletic Trainer facilitates patient flow throughout the office and supports the providers to ensure timely delivery of quality patient care.
We do our best to keep all employees in their assigned practices and locations; however, you may also be asked to float to other departments in the WHP system when appropriate and needed during times of staffing shortages/other extenuating circumstances for cross-coverage purposes and to ensure adequate coverage and support. Responsibilities include:
Collecting a complete patient history and presenting the case to the provider.
Scheduling/rescheduling/canceling appointments.
Assisting in management of provider schedules. Confirming patients are scheduled with the appropriate provider.
Chart prep: Confirm patient records, pertinent lab work and imaging are available prior to apt time.
Assisting with Sports Physicals.
Performing Vitals.
Stocking exam rooms to provider preferences: including models, procedure consent forms, patient education tools (pamphlets, handouts).
Monitoring in-basket messages and patient inquires.
Completing WC forms under provider direction.
Patient education relating to dietary and exercise programs, proper durable medical equipment (DME) use, and proper cast care.
Assisting the provider during routine procedures such as injections, suture, staple removal and wound care.
Primary operation of the MGB electronic health record (EPIC) and electronic dictation system.
The ability to anticipate provider needs to facilitate the flow of the clinic, good judgment, organizational ability, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to be self-motivated are especially important in this role.

Essential Functions:

3. The CTI coach partners with the client and with community service providers to identify barriers and enact comprehensive plans with appropriate connections to support stability and safety in the community.
4. The CTI coach documents all activities, service plans, and required metrics in the prescribed electronic health record.
5. The CTI Coach will meet with the potential client pre-discharge, obtain agreement/consent, and meet with appropriate collateral contacts at the inpatient setting.
6. The CTI Coach will accompany each individual on the day of discharge to support and assess primary needs and barriers. Ensure connection to primary supports, including but not limited to mental health services, SDoH supports as needed, and social/support groups. Strengthen supports through active engagement and intervention, both with the individual and with collateral contacts.
7. The CTI Coach will make home visits, engage in collaborative assessments, meet with existing supports, introduce client to new supports and give support and advice to client and caregivers
8. The CTI Coach will engage with and support primary supports to promote attendance at treatment and SDoH appointments, as well as, focus on long term stability by providing supportive services that will ensure that all long-term services remain in place and that there are no impending avoidable disruptions , This will be accomplished by observing operation of support network, mediating conflicts between client and caregivers, help modify network as necessary and encouraging the client to take more responsibility.
9. The majority of the interventions should be in-person.
10. CTI coaches may need to work a flexible schedule to ensure continuity of care and optimal support services.

The position requires an Associate's degree in human services, psychology/social work, business management or management or related field and equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with behavioral health or social determinants of health (SDoH) systems, including case management or delivery of clinical interventions. Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Athletic Trainer to support our practice onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The Athletic Trainer facilitates patient flow throughout the office and supports the providers to ensure timely delivery of quality patient care.
We do our best to keep all employees in their assigned practices and locations; however, you may also be asked to float to other departments in the WHP system when appropriate and needed during times of staffing shortages/other extenuating circumstances for cross-coverage purposes and to ensure adequate coverage and support. These locations include Lee and Portsmouth.
Responsibilities include:
Collecting a complete patient history and presenting the case to the provider.
Scheduling/rescheduling/canceling appointments.
Assisting in management of provider schedules. Confirming patients are scheduled with the appropriate provider.
Chart prep: Confirm patient records, pertinent lab work and imaging are available prior to apt time.
Assisting with Sports Physicals.
Performing Vitals.
Stocking exam rooms to provider preferences: including models, procedure consent forms, patient education tools (pamphlets, handouts).
Monitoring in-basket messages and patient inquires.
Completing WC forms under provider direction.
Patient education relating to dietary and exercise programs, proper durable medical equipment (DME) use, and proper cast care.
Assisting the provider during routine procedures such as injections, suture, staple removal and wound care.
Primary operation of the MGB electronic health record (EPIC) and electronic dictation system.
The ability to anticipate provider needs to facilitate the flow of the clinic, good judgment, organizational ability, initiative, attention to detail and the ability to be self-motivated are especially important in this role.

To provide quality community-based services that are timely and effective in promoting the health, well-being, and independence of individuals and families.
GENERAL PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES/POSITION STATEMENT:
The Family Time Coaching Program serves families who are referred by DHHS/OCFS, whose children have recently entered the custody of DHHS. The FTC provides supervised visitation in family's homes/communities utilizing a coaching model to promote healthy relationships and in accordance with each individual family's Family Visitation Plan. The FTC serves as a team player on the family's team, consistently demonstrating unconditional positive regard, compassion, and empathy. The FTC position will cover Cumberland and York Counties.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provides supervised visitation for parents and children in the family's home or community.
Provides feedback and coaching to parents to promote healthy familial engagement.
Thoroughly reviews each Family Visitation Plan, referral, and court orders to ensure visits occur within established guidelines.
Attends Family Team Meetings to partner with family members and to keep team members abreast of progress occurring within visits.
Completes visitation notes in accordance to program procedures.
Coordinates and engages parents in pre/post discussions to take advantage of windows of opportunity for teaching and de-briefing in order to assist parents in strengthening parenting skills.
Ensures culturally competent service delivery, evaluating the cultural preferences and needs of each family and customizing visits accordingly, as appropriate with the Family Visitation Plan.
Responds to subpoenaed requests, attending court as necessary.
Offers flexibility to meet the needs of the FTC Program, including ensuring availability when families are able to meet.
Consistently role models a high level of professionalism during interactions with co-workers, supervisors, and external providers.
Travels throughout the District as necessary to meet the needs of the FTC Program.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
Knowledge in the areas of grief, loss, separation and trauma.
An understanding of normative child development.
Ability to respond calmly and competently to crisis situations.
Understanding of unconditional positive regard.
Understanding of professional boundaries and ability to set appropriate limits.
Understanding of the dynamics of working with children and families who have behavioral and emotional challenges.
Understanding of mental health, child welfare and social service system within the state of Maine.
Ability to actively and reflectively engage in the supervisory process.
Understanding of a treatment philosophy that is receptive and sensitive to choices and behaviors based on racial, cultural, socioeconomic or ethnic background, religious or spiritual affiliation or sexual orientation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
At least 6 months of previously documented experience working with children and families.

We are looking for experienced, technically skilled PSIA or USSA-certified alpine instructors and coaches to develop the skills of our athletes. The King Pine Race Team is a United States Ski and Snowboard sanctioned alpine race program at King Pine Ski Area in East Madison, NH. This program is for athletes ages 6 to 15, who are dedicated to improving their alpine skiing and racing skills. Our coaching staff is focused and committed to provide instruction to help athletes build the fundamental skills to ski and race to the best of their ability. The program is known for its positive environment, sense of camaraderie and ability to generate talented young athletes. We train on weekends and school breaks from December through March. Skiers compete in USSA races sponsored by New Hampshire Alpine Racing Association (NHARA) based on age and ability, and this program travels to other mountains to compete against local race clubs at times throughout the winter. King Pine Race Team operates as part of King Pine's Snowsports School.
Responsibilities Include:
Have a passion for working with young skiers and provide them with an environment that promotes success.
Work with the other coaching staff to plan and supervise daily training for athletes.
Provide a safe training environment for coaches and athletes.
Set and maintain courses, following course specifications.
Ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Travel to race events with participants and be responsible for on-hill coaching duties.
Provide feedback on a daily basis to athletes.
Communicate with other coaches and parents.
Continue to develop your own skills through participation in skill development and training opportunities.
Work with Snowsports staff on other duties as required.
Qualifications Include:
USSA Level 100, PSIA Alpine Level II or Level III or equivalent. (preferred)
At least 5 years instructing/coaching experience to intermediate level skiers. (required)
Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm and passion for skiing among younger skiers.
Exceptional communication and teaching skills.
Understanding and ability to effectively demonstrate skiing fundamentals.
Personal competitive experience with alpine ski racing.
Physically able to handle the demands of the job: carrying gate bundles and tools, working outside for extended periods in inclement weather
