Support providers in creating and maintaining Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs)aligned with state standards. Deliver high-quality training and support for professional learning communities. Qualifications: Education/Experience: AAS in ECE required. Or AAs with a Professional Development Plan to obtain a BA. BA in ECE or related degree preferred. 3-5 years minimum demonstrated leadership experience in Early Childhood Education or related field, and working with young children in a group setting. Plus: Knowledge of the Washington State Early Learning and Development Guidelines. Proven ability to effectively support and motivate people toward the achievement of desired goals. Ability to provide leadership, innovation, motivation, and constructive feedback to Early Learning professionals. Comfort and a commitment to utilizing and supporting the use of research-based assessments to guide the development of a quality improvement plan.     2026-2027 School Year OHS FOOTBALL ASSISTANT COACH ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Instructs players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport. * Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises. * Assesses players' skills, monitors players during competition and practice, and keeps the Director of Athletics informed of all aspects of the team. * Determines game strategy. * Follows district procedures in the event of an athlete's injury. * Models excellent sportsmanship behavior and maintains appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators. * Distribute uniforms, supplies, and equipment to student-athletes. * Participates in special activities, including banquet/award nights, and any other organized gatherings involving the team. * Good communication skills with players and parents. * Attends all trainings or meetings as required/requested by the Director of Athletics. PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Physically able to lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. * Physically capable to demonstrate movements or plays to student-athletes, when applicable or necessary. * Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, crawl, lift, reach, pull, and climb as required to satisfactorily perform required duties. * Ability to focus (adjust eye to bring an object into sharp focus), clear vision at twenty (20) inches or less, and clear vision at twenty (20) feet or more. * Frequent standing, walking, lifting and bending. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent * Previous coaching/playing experience in football (preferred) * Must have First Aid/CPR card as per WIAA guidelines. * OSD Type II Driver License Training may be required. * Completed or will complete all WIAA trainings and requirements.
