The Head Track Coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, along with responsibilities from the Head Varsity Track Coach. Responsibilities would be organized, separated, and shared with Assistant Coaches and approved by the Athletic Director. The coach must demonstrate strong leadership in player and staff development, sportsmanship, integrity and character development.
