The Intramural Referee is responsible for officiating and supervising intramural sports contests on campus. This student worker role ensures games are conducted safely, fairly, and according to established rules. Duties include enforcing game regulations, managing player conduct, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, setting up and taking down equipment, and assisting with scorekeeping or administrative tasks as needed. Referees serve as representatives of campus recreation, promoting sportsmanship and enhancing the intramural experience for all participants. Referees are seasonal and assigned to sports for which they are trained. This may include, but is not limited to, fall/spring intramurals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Officiate intramural sports contests in accordance with established rules and policies.
