JOB PURPOSE: The Success Coach supports learner growth, confidence, and retention within the Ed Farm Pathways to Tech program. Through proactive and responsive coaching, this part-time contractor role helps learners develop the mindset, habits, and strategies needed to overcome challenges and succeed. The Success Coach leads individual and group coaching sessions, facilitates workshops, and works closely with mentors and career coaches to foster a holistic support system. EXPECTATIONS: The day-to-day job responsibilities may fluctuate depending upon business needs. Below is a list of the job responsibilities overall. Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, interventions, and learner progress. Identify trends and patterns in learner challenges to inform proactive support strategies.
