The Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) is a pivotal member of the H2F Performance Teams, dedicated to developing, implementing, and overseeing strength and conditioning programs that enhance physical performance and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries within Brigade (BDE), Battalion (BN), and Company levels. Guide Soldiers and leadership on injury mitigation and physical conditioning. Promptly refer Soldiers with potential medical issues to the appropriate healthcare services. Collect, document, and report performance data in accordance with BDE PD instructions. Recommend enhancements to the Lead SCC for the H2F System. Observe and support specific training events and coordinate the scheduling of facilities for approved activities.
