Required Qualifications Deep understanding of aerospace industry, including current trends, challenges, and innovations. Extensive technical knowledge related to aircraft structure, materials, and system integration. Proven expertise in BAC specifications and their application in manufacturing, design, and quality control. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and motivating divers teams.
