Responsibilities
* Responsible for helping set up and stocking all concession stands, portable locations. Attention to detail including company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality is always required.
* Ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables.
* Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests.
* Responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes.
* Flexible work schedule. Must be able to work some weekends, and nights.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.

The Public Safety Dispatcher is an at-will, hourly part-time position.
The position works less than 960 hours in a fiscal year.
Under general supervision, the Public Safety Dispatcher receives 911 system emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatches assignments according to established police procedures, operates various telecommunications center equipment and performs related work as assigned.
Training and Experience

Introduction to the Urban Conservation Corps of the Inland Empire:
The Urban Conservation Corps of the Inland Empire (UCCIE) is a certified Local Conservation Corps founded in 2006 by Bobby Vega and his wife Sandy Bonilla, out of a need to provide employment training to underserved transition age youth/young adults at risk of incarceration in the City of San Bernardino. The goal of the UCCIE is to provide at-risk transition age youth with opportunities to succeed through job skills training, education, and work experience with an emphasis on service projects that benefit the community. The UCCIE is the largest program of the Southern California Mountains Foundation, with three main focus areas: (1) Conservation services , (2) Recycling services, and (3) Corpsmember development with an on-site John Muir charter school. The UCCIE is primarily funded by a variety of government grants, corporate and foundation grants, and fee-for-service projects. The UCCIE department has 15 full time staff that hire and train 50-60 young adult corpsmembers annually to work on conservation and recycling projects in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
Job Description:
The UCCIE is a 12-month program that welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, ages 18-26, to join our crews and education program. Corpsmembers (program participants) serve on crews of 4-10 individuals providing services to their community. The type of daily work varies. Participants will support recycling and conservation projects. Examples of work projects include: Recycling routes/events, e-waste and tire collection/events, trail building and maintenance, fence building and repair, and weed abatement. Program participants are provided on-the-job training and continuing education opportunities for up to 12 months. Training, uniforms, and transportation to the work sites is provided.

The Retail Work Experience Trainee is a temporary work experience position that provides the participant an opportunity to learn the basic tasks and skills of the position. Participants are placed at a variety of work sites and each experience is unique in skills attainment.

- Provide excellent service, engages with each customer, while presenting a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Follow all safety rules and exercise caution in all work related activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following all social distancing and personal protective equipment policies and procedures.
- Receive and accurately record donations using technology.
- Sort, clean, and stock merchandise on the selling floor, following company standards.
- Merchandise and maintain the sales floor to meet standards and guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Work flexible shifts; including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.

- Performs necessary janitorial work.

State of California SLPA licensure
Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and techniques of speech-language therapy
Position Duties:
Execute individual treatment plans for clients as developed by the SLP
Regularly measure clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals and openly communicate your findings to your supervising SLP.
Complete all necessary documentation using the Company's electronic record system within the expected timeframe
Educate and train families about various speech and language techniques and strategies
Meet minimum utilization goals / other business objectives as required
Collaborate with peers in other disciplines within Ensemble Therapy for clients who are seen for multiple services
Must be willing to complete speech evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate).
Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc).
