Daniel 'Dan' Kuzmak is a Chief Financial Officer at Coaltek Inc. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at ABB-Asea Brown Boveri Ltd, VP:Finance & Construction at TEREX CORP, and Chief Executive Officer at Quench. Daniel studied at University of Connecticut and Slater and Gordon Lawyers.

Janis Studer brings more than 20 years of financial and operational experience, with demonstrated senior leadership experience in both energy start-ups and large manufacturing corporations. As CoalTek CFO, she is responsible for ongoing funding strategies and the development and execution of the full suite of financial systems, controls, and reporting in support of the commercialization plan. Prior to joining CoalTek, Janis served as CFO with Blue Square Energy, Inc., a start-up solar company, where she built the business case to procure government contracts and launch the commercialization of their proprietary silicon technology. Janis was with Cabot Corporation, a specialty chemicals company based in Boston MA, for eleven years. She held global positions as Vice President of Global Supply Chain, VP Corporate Treasurer and CFO of Cabot SuperMetals, as well as providing regional leadership as the Director of New Business Development in Asia Pacific. Janis has a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Carnegie-Mellon University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and is a licensed CPA.
