Christina Bryant is the biggest con working for Coast. Next is her manager Jackie. These two people do not care about their employees. They are both liars. They both bully the employees and both have created an extremely toxic work environment in all the offices they step foot in. Christina is the worst district manager ever. They overwork their employees but employees are told they will not receive pay increases.
There are NO benefits to working at Coast Dental.
Nothing. The CEO needs to go into his local offices and talk to the people who run the day to day operations and they they'll find out how badly the employees are being treated.
Find district managers and managers who know what compassion and empathy mean. Train district managers and managers how to communicate with employees. Fire Christina Bryant.
Don't interview with Coast Dental. You will regret it especially if your district manager is Christina Bryant.
