    Job Purpose: The primary purpose and function of the Fee Schedule Administrator is to organize and maintain all insurance fee schedules, ensuring they are loaded into the Practice Management System in a timely manner. The Fee Schedule Administrator is responsible for maintaining insurance alerts, addressing limitations and exclusions for proper billing. The Fee Schedule Administrator must understand the impact fees and alerts entered into the system have on operations and other departments within the Support Office. Duties and Responsibilities: * Ensure that company-wide insurance receivables are maximized through proper fee schedule interpretation. * Identify and load insurance fee schedule limitations and exclusions in the Practice Management System for proper billing purposes. * Maintain all accepted insurances plans, archive old, discontinued or unused insurance plans. * Accurately load and maintain all fee schedules and plan alerts in the Practice Management System, ensuring fees are current and active for relevant effective dates. Distribute all insurance plan and fee schedule updates to the dental offices in a timely manner. Archive deactivated fee schedules. Coast Dental strives for 100% accuracy, but 98% is the minimum standard accepted. * Ensure fees are being paid at the negotiated rate. * Provide support to dental practices, responding to office inquiries regarding fees, insurance filing and portal access. * Create and maintain all insurance CDT procedures, explosion, and product codes in our Practice Management System. Create promotional codes, as requested by the Senior Leadership Team. * Work closely with the practices in protecting the assets of Coast Dental by properly training the offices when errors are made and how to correct them. Work to eliminate linkage errors through education and training. * Utilize various communication methods, both on and offline, to contact insurance carriers regarding portal access issues and portal functionality issues. * Reset passwords and manage user accounts for insurance carrier websites per office requests. * Read and analyze explanation of benefits and make proper adjustments according to Coast Dental processing criteria. * Perform other duties, as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Ability to organize large amounts of data including plan documents, directories, spreadsheets, and files. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel and the ability to use formulas such as lookups, conditional statements, and data modeling. * Demonstrates attention to detail, multi-task, ability to handle sensitive information and main strict confidentiality. * Oral Communication- Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions. Work Schedule: This is a full time weekend position, non-exempt (hourly) position. This department offers a 4-10 work schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and flex 4th day) Text a recruiter and schedule a time to chat at. Responsibilities: Echocardiography imaging: Perform comprehensive, diagnostic images using 2D, 3D, color imaging to evaluate the structure and function of the heart. Patient care: Ensure each echo is done in a patient-centered, comfortable and safe environment. Sonographers explain the process to patients and alert physicians of critical findings or changes in patient condition that require further evaluation. Reporting: Prepare preliminary echo reports including relevant measurements. Outreach: Willingness to participate in outreach clinics up to once a month, including potential overnight stays at clinics that serve rural locations in NM with no other access to congenital cardiac care. Call: Participate in weeknight and weekend call. Sonographers take "Home Call" with call pay. On average, sonographers are called in overnight approximately once a month. Weekend call is typically 2-6 echoes on Saturdays and Sundays, and triaged by the on call pediatric cardiologist. This position works closely with Enrollment Specialists, with sensitivity to the confidentiality and regulatory requirements unique to nursing and healthcare education. Responsibilities Student Recruitment Greet visitors, students, and employees in-person, online, and by phone; provide prompt, courteous support and clear information about nursing programs. Represent the college at on-campus and virtual recruitment events, orientation sessions, and health career fairs as needed.? Maintain positive, cooperative working relationships with prospective students, academic advisors, and clinical partners. Enrollment & Records Management Process and maintain student and applicant records in compliance with FERPA, healthcare privacy standards, and accreditation requirements. Collect and verify enrollment documentation, including transcripts, immunization, clinical eligibility paperwork, background checks, and credentialing materials.? Track applicant statuses and assist with nursing cohort enrollment cycles. Prepare, distribute, and file necessary enrollment documents. Application Processing & Student Communication Guide students through application requirements, document submissions, and registration steps specific to nursing and healthcare programs. Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries; support applicants with technical or procedural questions regarding prerequisites or regulatory requirements.? Administrative & General Office Duties Maintain confidential office records and digital files according to compliance standards. Manage supplies, photocopying, and department correspondence. Prepare departmental forms, reports, meeting minutes, and communications. Support special projects or compliance audits as required. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and manage calendar arrangements for the enrollment team. Additional Duties Participate in the planning and delivery of new student orientation, with a focus on nursing program expectations. Support other enrollment and student services functions as assigned. Requirements: Qualifications Education / Experience / Knowledge High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred. Two years' full-time administrative support experience required (experience in a higher education or healthcare setting preferred). Required Experience and Skills: Intermediate level technical skill sets with Microsoft Office Applications and Excel. Previous CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide clear support to nursing applicants and their families.? Excellent attention to detail, data entry, and document verification abilities. Understanding of healthcare student privacy requirements and enrollment regulations. Cultural sensitivity and ability to support a diverse student population, including applicants balancing academic, work, and clinical schedules.
